RFP Insurance Producer Exam., Licensing, Pharm. Registration

The State of Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide insurance producer examination and licensing services, as well as pharmacy benefit manager registrations. The selected vendor will be responsible for administering examinations, processing license applications, and providing customer support. The vendor will also be required to maintain interfaces with external databases and provide ad hoc reporting. The contract is expected to begin on November 1, 2025, and end on October 31, 2026, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods.
