Corona HUB Music Venue

The City of Corona is seeking qualified architectural and design consultants to provide full professional services for the adaptive‑reuse and construction of an 800‑capacity live‑music venue (the “Corona Hub Music Venue”). The scope includes all phases from pre‑design through construction administration, coordination with multiple sub‑consultants (acoustics, MEP, structural, civil, interior, landscape, lighting), and delivery of detailed construction documents, BIM models, renderings, and performance‑testing support. The consultant must comply with California prevailing‑wage rules, provide extensive insurance coverage, and submit a detailed fee proposal (not‑to‑exceed) with a 90‑day price‑hold. • Full architectural design services (pre‑design, schematic, design development, construction documents) for a new 800‑seat venue with bar/restaurant and exterior garden. • Coordination with required sub‑consultants (acoustic, theater, MEP, structural, civil, kitchen, lighting, landscape, interior). • Deliverables include 5 interior & 5 exterior renderings, BIM model (LOD 300/350), roof‑grid/rigging CAD, 3‑D massing, material boards, and construction‑admin support through project close‑out. • Mandatory forms and certifications (insurance checklist, safety record, non‑collusion, past‑contract disqualification, etc.) must be uploaded via PlanetBids; pre‑proposal meeting on 24 Aug 2026 is optional.
