On-Call Property Maintenance, Nuisance Abatement, and Vegetation Services

The City of Eagle Pass is seeking qualified contractors to provide on‑call property maintenance, nuisance abatement, and vegetation management services for city‑owned or city‑controlled parcels, rights‑of‑way, vacant lots, and other identified areas. Work is performed only after written authorization and may include mowing, weed control, brush removal, litter cleanup, fence‑line clearing, drainage easement maintenance, and occasional specialized tasks such as tree removal or stagnant‑water mitigation. The contract is indefinite‑duration, on‑call, with no guaranteed minimum volume; pricing must be all‑inclusive and submitted on a per‑square‑foot or per‑unit basis.
