Air Conditioning, Heating, and Ventilating Equipment, Parts, Service and Accessories

The Ysleta Independent School District is seeking proposals for the provision of air conditioning, heating, and ventilating equipment, parts, and accessories. The district is looking for vendors to provide these goods and services on an as-needed basis. The solicitation is open for multiple years, and awards will be made incrementally throughout the open period. Vendors are encouraged to submit their proposals as soon as possible, and the district will evaluate and accept or reject proposals on a periodic basis. • The proposal should include pricing information for the goods and services offered. • The vendor should have the ability to provide the goods and services as needed by the district. • The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. • The evaluation team will review proposals based on best value. • The district may require the selected vendor to sign a separate, formal contract.
