Athletic Equipment, Installation, Training and Services

The Ysleta Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide athletic equipment, installation, training, and services. The district is looking for vendors who can provide a wide range of athletic equipment, including but not limited to, megaphones. The selected vendor will be required to install the equipment and provide training to district staff. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. • The contract will be for a multi-year period, with the option to renew annually. • The district reserves the right to withdraw the solicitation at any time and for any reason. • Vendors are encouraged to submit their proposals as soon as possible. • The district will evaluate proposals based on best value. • The selected vendor will be required to sign a separate, formal contract that fully incorporates all the provisions of the solicitation.
