INDUSTRIAL GAS IDIQ

The DLA Maritime Puget Sound is seeking a contractor to provide industrial gases, including acetylene, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, and propane, among others. The contract will be a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. The contractor will be required to deliver the gases to various locations, including the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and the Naval Station San Diego. The contractor will also be required to provide technician services, including repressurizing and hot-filling bulk tanks, and emergency delivery services. The contract has a minimum guarantee of $2,000 worth of orders at the contract unit price. • The contractor must provide a completed solicitation document, including representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, and technical specification documentation. • The contractor must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) system. • The contractor must provide a list of all subcontractors and their corresponding work shares. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and labor standards. • The contractor must provide a plan for delivering the gases to the required locations, including a description of the transportation methods and equipment to be used. • The contractor must provide a plan for providing technician services, including a description of the personnel and equipment to be used.
