Western Kentucky University is seeking a qualified law firm to provide comprehensive legal services across a broad spectrum of university needs, including litigation, complex transactions, intellectual‑property matters, employment‑benefits counsel, compliance, and occasional training. The contract will be awarded on a competitive‑negotiation basis and will run for an initial five‑year term with the possibility of up to five one‑year renewals. Minimum hourly rates are prescribed (Partner $125, Associate $100, Paralegal $40) and the university encourages flat‑fee or volume‑based pricing for select services.
