Request for Information (RFI) – Combat Rubber Raiding Craft (CRRC) Outboard Motors

The U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is conducting market research to locate vendors capable of supplying a next‑generation outboard motor for Combat Rubber Raiding Craft (CRRC). The solicitation seeks motors that meet or exceed current performance (≥ 40 HP, objective ≥ 55 HP), sustain payloads up to 2,707 lb, survive air‑drop impacts, operate on multiple fuels, and conform to EPA national‑security exemptions. Initial delivery of two assessment units is required within six months, with a total production quantity of 91 motors for full operational capability. Respondents must provide company data, capability statements, ROM cost estimates, and compliance documentation.
