RADOME INSPECTION, REPAIR, AND ENGINEERING SERVICES

This Sources Sought notice seeks market research for an indefinite‑delivery‑indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide inspection, engineering evaluation, repair, and related engineering services for the WSR‑88D (S38‑90) radomes protecting NEXRAD weather radars across the United States and selected overseas sites. The government will not supply radome parts except for two complete kits stored in a CONEX container; all repair parts must be procured OEM from CPI ESSCO. Contractors must be able to respond within 24 hours to catastrophic failures, complete full radome replacements within 16 calendar days, and submit detailed engineering reports within 30 days of task completion.
