Request for Proposals 305 W. Mercury - Business Development Center

The City and County of Butte-Silver Bow is seeking proposals for the acquisition and ownership of the property located at 305 W Mercury Street, also known as the Business Development Center. The purpose of this RFP is to offer the property for private ownership and use, with the goal of operating the property in a way that is commensurate with the goals and objectives of Butte-Silver Bow. Respondents must demonstrate knowledge and success in managing and operating a multi-tenant office building.
