FIRE ALARM MONITORING AND RELATED SERVICES

Knox County is seeking bids for fire alarm monitoring and related services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew. The successful bidder will be required to provide monitoring services for fire alarm systems at various Knox County facilities, as well as repair and installation services for these systems. The bidder must also provide proof of insurance and comply with Tennessee Code Annotated, § 49-5-413 and § 50-9-113. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance that meets the requirements outlined in Attachment B. • The bidder must also provide an affidavit of compliance with Tennessee Criminal History Records Check and Drug-Free Workplace Requirements, as outlined in Attachments C and D. • The bidder must submit copies of their licenses and permits, as outlined in Attachment E.
