Tower Road Sanitary Interceptor Phase 1

The City and County of Denver is seeking a qualified contractor to rehabilitate the Tower Road Sanitary Interceptor (Phase 1) spanning 59th to 68th Avenue. The scope includes eight point repairs with excavations up to 30 ft, replacement of manholes and pipe, installation of approximately 5,974 ft of cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) lining, traffic control, and bypass pumping. The project also requires utility relocation, road‑base preparation, asphalt paving, landscaping restoration, and compliance with a 10 % MWBE participation goal and prevailing‑wage requirements. • Eight deep point‑repair excavations and manhole/pipe replacements. • Installation of 5,974 ft of 42‑in.
