RFQ - Appraisal Services University Boulevard East Project

The City of Tuscaloosa seeks qualified firms to provide professional property appraisal and review‑appraisal services for a right‑of‑way acquisition along University Boulevard East. The work covers approximately 0.65 miles of roadway, encompassing 46 separate tracts with diverse property types (residential, commercial, mixed‑use, etc.).
