The State of Alabama’s Governor’s Office of Volunteer Services is seeking a qualified firm to create a comprehensive brand identity—including a new logo, style guide, and marketing templates—and to redesign, develop, host, and maintain two public‑facing websites (servealabama.gov and readyalabama.gov). The effort must meet ADA and DOJ accessibility standards, provide a content‑management system for ongoing updates, and include ongoing hosting and analytics reporting. The contract is structured as a five‑year agreement (initial two‑year term with renewal options) and will require delivery of all design assets, documentation, and support services.
• Brand development: minimum six logo concepts, full‑color/EPS/JPEG/PDF files, single‑color and B/W versions, and a complete brand‑standards guide.
• Website redesign: responsive design for two sites, multiple “look‑and‑feel” options using ASPX templates, CMS integration, social‑media links, searchable document repository, and ADA compliance tools.
• Ongoing services: monthly hosting (≥3 GB storage, 10 GB bandwidth), monthly analytics reports, and maintenance/updates for the contract term.
