Domestic Visitor Study

The Nevada State Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Nevada Division of Tourism, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide domestic visitor study services. The study is essential for the Division of Tourism and its statewide partners to gain critical insights into topics such as traveler demographics, trip spending, and trip activities. The awarded vendor will work directly with the Division of Tourism research staff in developing, modifying, and maintaining the integrity of the survey. Key deliverables include a visitor profile survey, annual visitor profile reporting, and quarterly visitor volume estimates for rural Nevada. • The contract is expected to be for a term of four years, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2029. • The vendor should conduct the survey at least quarterly, with a preference for monthly fielding. • The vendor will work with the Division of Tourism on producing quarterly visitor volume estimates for rural Nevada. • The vendor should provide a methodological overview, including answers to questions about their research methodology and experience working with destination marketing organizations and travel industry brands.
