Description
This Sources Sought inquiry seeks contractors capable of providing Industrial Control Technician (ICT) and Industrial Technician services for Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado. The work includes hands‑on maintenance, configuration, and cybersecurity hardening of operational technology (OT) systems, PLC/relay repair, network troubleshooting, and associated IT support. Personnel must hold Secret (T3) clearances and be able to meet strict security, physical‑security, and reporting requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement.
• Perform OT device‑level maintenance, firmware updates, and security hardening for control‑system equipment.
• Conduct monthly vulnerability scans, weekly security‑audit log reviews, and quarterly physical‑security inspections of control‑system enclosures.
• Provide IT system administration, STIG compliance, backup, and recovery for CE Control Systems, while adhering to established work‑hour limits (7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Mon‑Fri).
• Deliver required deliverables such as Monthly Status Reports, Quality Control Plan, OPSEC training records, and replacement personnel within stipulated timeframes.
• All work must be performed by Secret‑cleared personnel; contract is non‑mission essential and set‑aside for SBA‑eligible firms.
