The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design and construction administration services for the Baraga Correctional Facility Control Center and EM Room Upgrade project. The project includes preliminary design, final design, and construction administration phases. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement and will be required to assume responsibility for all professional services offered in their proposal. The contractor will also be required to provide a cost proposal and a technical proposal. • The project requires experience in similar projects, sites, and clients. • The contractor must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan. • The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and methodology. • The contractor must provide a budget analysis and a cost proposal. • The contractor must provide references and a list of key personnel. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a certification of a Michigan based business and a responsibility certification.
