WSAC - WA529 Social Media Management Services

Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC) is seeking a qualified firm to provide full‑service social‑media management for the state’s two 529 education‑savings plans (GET Prepaid Tuition Plan and WA529 Invest). The contractor will develop a comprehensive strategy, create and post static, interactive and video content across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn, manage community engagement, produce monthly performance reports, and advise on emerging platforms. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year agreement with the possibility of two additional two‑year extensions, requiring compliance with Washington state registration, insurance, and accessibility standards. • Develop and execute platform‑specific content calendars and obtain WSAC approvals. • Produce graphics, videos, and interactive posts; manage daily community interaction. • Deliver monthly analytics reports and continuously refine strategy to grow participation in WA529 plans.
