Preference is given to vendors with proven higher‑education, multi‑venue experience and the ability to scale for anticipated growth beginning in 2029. • Scope includes SaaS ticketing platform, mobile/digital ticket delivery, seat‑selection, dynamic pricing, season tickets, and extensive analytics. • Mandatory integrations: SSO (Azure AD or OpenID), payment gateway (Authorize.net or equivalent), and email authentication (OAuth or DKIM/SPF). • Contract term is three years (effective Feb 1 2027) with up‑to‑two‑year renewal options; vendor must meet security (SOC 2/ISO 27001), PCI‑DSS, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2/Section 508) requirements.
