On-Call County Facilities Repair and Maintenance Services for the County of Mercer

The County of Mercer requests bids from contractors to provide on-call repair, stabilization, rehabilitation, replacement, and maintenance services for County-owned or County-maintained buildings, structures, and facility systems, in the trade disciplines identified in the Proposal Form. Work may be routine, intermittent, urgent, urgent, or emergency in nature. HVAC services are excluded and are procured separately. Work shall restore facilities to their original design or constructed condition, or reinforce, rehabilitate, upgrade, or replace components when directed in a written scope of work issued by an authorized County representative. The County makes no guarantee of any minimum quantity, number of work orders, hours, or total expenditure.The contract shall be awarded for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend one (1) year based upon the index rate established by the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs, Division of Local Government Services.
