General Facilities Maintenance Parts, Supplies, and Service

North East Independent School District (NEISD) is issuing an extended‑response Request for Proposal (RFP) for general facilities maintenance parts, supplies, and services. The solicitation is open from April 10 2023 through April 30 2028, with a question cut‑off of March 25 2028. Vendors may submit proposals electronically at any time; awards will be made incrementally as proposals are received and evaluated. The district does not guarantee purchase quantities; purchases will be made on an as‑needed basis for items such as elevator maintenance, HVAC services, door hardware, and other general facilities parts and supplies. Vendors must be registered in the district’s e‑bidding platform (Ion Wave) and upload pricing attachments via the “Response Attachments” tab.
