General Facilities Maintenance Parts, Supplies, and Service

The North East Independent School District (NEISD) is seeking proposal responses for general facilities maintenance parts, supplies, and services. The district is looking for vendors to provide various products and services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, plumbing parts, fence installation and repair, lawn fertilization, weed control, lawn insect control, aeration, overseeding, portable air conditioner rentals, and repairs to generators, hydraulic equipment, and fleet shop equipment. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. • The district encourages vendors to submit responses as soon as possible. • The solicitation is open for an extended response period, and awards will be made throughout the open period. • Vendors must register as a supplier to respond electronically. • The district does not guarantee any purchase quantities or dollar amounts. • Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis.
