Investment Management Services

The City of Cincinnati is seeking a professional investment management firm to provide investment management services for a portion of the City's fixed income portfolio. The selected firm will advise and assist the City Treasurer in managing the City's comprehensive investment program, consistent with the objectives stated in the Investment Policy and the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati Municipal Code. The firm will manage a separate investment portfolio of up to $300 million of the City's general investment portfolio and provide investment consulting services to the City Treasurer. The firm will also work with the City's Investment Consultant to ensure specific targets and goals are maintained, and attend and present written and oral reports to the Investment Committee on an annual basis.
