Vehicle Towing for Police Department

The City of Murfreesboro is seeking bids for vehicle towing services for the police department. The bid includes providing services for towing vehicles within the city limits, in Rutherford County outside of the city limits, and outside of Rutherford County. The bidder must provide a flat rate for services within the city limits and in Rutherford County outside of the city limits, as well as a per mile rate for services outside of Rutherford County. The bid also includes a clean-up fee, which includes broom and oil spill clean-up if necessary. The bidder must provide the names of any subcontractors that will be used to perform services for this bid. • The bid must include all costs, including services rendered, parts, labor, accessories, freight, and any other standard equipment necessary to provide this service. • The City is not subject to sales tax. • The bidder must provide prices for different classes of vehicles (Class A, Class C, Class D). • The bidder must provide a clean-up fee, which includes broom and oil spill clean-up if necessary.
