Budget Estimate (AI):

$7,200,000 – $9,200,000

To estimate the budget for this opportunity, we need to consider the number of students, the duration of their stay, and the cost of providing accommodations. Assuming an average cost of $1,500 per month per student for accommodations, and considering that there will be 80 students initially and 130 students by June 2027, the total cost for the base year could be around $1.8 million to $2.3 million. With four option years, the total budget could range from $7.2 million to $9.2 million over the five-year period. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on various factors such as the specific accommodations provided, the location, and the services included.
