The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive technical assistance, training, and cohort facilitation to eight sub‑grant recipients of the Idaho Children’s Trust Fund Capacity‑Building Grant Initiative. The work includes delivering certified trainings on family‑strengthening standards, trauma‑informed curricula, and resilience models; conducting baseline assessments; developing implementation plans; hosting monthly cohort calls; offering individualized coaching and organizational development; tracking outcomes; and producing sustainability plans. The contract is cost‑reimbursement, runs from late August 2026 through June 2027 (with possible extensions), and requires extensive reporting, insurance, and compliance certifications. • Deliver virtual and in‑person training on NFSN Standards, HOPE, CRM, and at least one trauma‑informed program. • Conduct baseline assessments and create tailored implementation plans for each sub‑grantee within the first two months. • Provide ongoing technical assistance, monthly cohort calls, outcome tracking, and a sustainability plan for each sub‑grantee. • Meet strict quarterly reporting, monthly reimbursement, and insurance/ certification requirements.
