USD Men's BB Charter Flight 2026-2027

The University of South Dakota is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide air charter services for the men's basketball team during the 2026-2027 season. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing air transportation for up to 5 one-way trips. The vendor must be able to accommodate a minimum of 30 passengers and provide non-alcoholic beverages. The contract will be awarded based on factors such as seating capacity, cost, experience, and references. • The vendor must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing athletic group travel. • The vendor must be able to provide a confirmation of the team schedule and accommodate last-minute changes. • The vendor must be able to provide a detailed breakdown of costs, including fuel, taxes, and fees. • The vendor must be able to provide a letter of verification from a carrier airline, on airline letterhead, with contact person name and phone number, evidencing that an aircraft has been contracted for and assigned for each trip awarded to the vendor.
