Description
The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission is seeking a qualified firm to provide loan underwriting, loan servicing, and advice in financial product design for the Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund (RLF). The selected firm will provide guidance and financial oversight that considers the differing needs and capabilities of RLF loan applicants. Key responsibilities will include:
• Loan underwriting and servicing
• Financial product design and advice
• Guidance and oversight for RLF loan applicants
• Ability to serve the needs of various entities, including municipalities, nonprofits, and for-profit entities
The firm should have experience in real estate development, environmental remediation, and financial management.
