The move must be completed by the end of December 2026 to be ready for the Spring 2027 semester. The vendor must provide full moving services—including labor, supervision, reusable totes, packing, transport, and placement of furniture, office contents, and sensitive equipment—while coordinating a phased schedule, handling specialized medical devices, and minimizing disruption to academic operations. A mandatory pre‑bid meeting and site walk‑through are required.
• Relocate multiple health‑science departments (Health & Wellness, Dental Hygiene, Vet Tech, Surg Tech, Phlebotomy, Nursing, Radiologic Tech).
