Huron Valley Schools, in partnership with the CoPro+ cooperative purchasing program, is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive moving and storage services for educational, municipal, and governmental facilities across Michigan on an as‑needed basis. The contract will be a statewide cooperative vehicle lasting three years with two one‑year renewal options. Vendors must demonstrate experience with at least three comparable projects, supply pricing for a full suite of services (classroom, office, furniture relocations, packing/unpacking, disposal, temporary storage, and site protection), and maintain sufficient staffing, equipment, and transportation resources. No minimum volume is guaranteed; work will be awarded via purchase orders from HVS or any CoPro+ member. The award will be made in Fall 2026, with proposals due October 5, 2026.
