Description
The County of Orange is establishing a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for architect‑engineer (A‑E) firms to provide design, project administration, and management services on an “as‑needed” basis for capital improvement and maintenance projects county‑wide. The solicitation is an RFQ; firms submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by the November 5, 2026 deadline. Selected firms may receive task‑order contracts up to three years in length, with no guaranteed volume of work. The County will evaluate qualifications, experience, licensing, and past performance, then award contracts subject to Board of Supervisors approval.
