Develop a Lease Parcel for Nonaeronautical Facilities(Hotel) at Treasure Coast International Airport

The St. Lucie County - Purchasing Department is seeking proposals from qualified applicants to design, finance, construct, operate, and maintain nonaeronautical facilities, specifically a hotel and associated amenities, on a 20+/- parcel of land at the Treasure Coast International Airport. The County is looking for a proposer with the financial and organizational capacity to successfully implement the development and operation of the hotel and amenities in a timely manner, providing a favorable vision for the property and fulfilling the County's goals of making the Airport a stable, viable, and self-sustaining entity.
