Global Hawk RQ-4 Program Support and Services

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking a contractor to provide support and services for the RQ-4 Global Hawk system. The requirements include program management, engineering and onsite support, hardware/software upgrades and sustainment, site modifications, contract field service support, configuration management, logistics, technical analysis and studies, training development and administration, security compliance, and test and integration activities. The contract will be awarded sole source to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation / Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems. The proposed period of performance is from 01 January 2028 to 30 June 2033. • The contract requires Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance for some personnel. • The Government does not have access to the data that constitutes the RQ-4 Global Hawk, including associated software products. • Technical data will not be provided to any Contractor as Government Furnished Information Property (GFI/GFP). • The participation of a foreign contractor is not permitted.
