The City of Fayetteville is seeking proposals from qualified firms and/or development teams for the purchase or lease, and development of approximately an 8.7-acre tract of land owned by the City of Fayetteville. The development shall provide long-term attainable or workforce housing. Key aspects of the proposal include:
• Purchase or lease of the 8.7-acre land
• Development of the land for long-term attainable or workforce housing
• Proposal submission and review process
