BRINE MAKER CARGILL ACCUBATCH

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for a brine maker system, specifically the Cargill AccuBatch model. The system consists of a salt hopper, brine tank, motor/pump/valve stack assembly, and control panel. The salt hopper and brine tank are made of structurally sound fiberglass, with the salt hopper having a nominal capacity of 1.6 cubic yards and the brine tank having a nominal capacity of 800 gallons. The system also includes a conductivity analyzer sensor, check valve, and three-way manual valve. The control panel is UL listed and can be mounted outdoors, with a touch screen control for the conductivity analyzer. • The system must be able to provide fresh water or recirculated brine water to the system depending on the position of the valves. • The system must have a manual 3-way valve to control whether the water/brine solution is sent to the salt hopper or to a customer-supplied brine storage device. • The system must have a 2" male quick disconnect fitting for connection to a customer-supplied storage device. • The system must have a power requirement of 240V, 30A, 60hz, single phase AC.
