Purchase of Medical Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide on an Annual Contract

Gwinnett County’s Department of Fire and Emergency Services is seeking an annual contract to supply medical‑grade oxygen (various cylinder sizes) and carbon‑dioxide cylinders, including rental, refilling, delivery, and 24/7 emergency support to multiple fire‑station locations. The vendor must meet stringent FDA, CGMP, CGA, USP and NFPA requirements, maintain required insurance limits, and provide a dedicated account representative. The contract runs for one year beginning January 1 2027 with up to four optional one‑year renewals. • Supply D‑size, M‑size, M6‑size oxygen cylinders and 20 lb CO₂ cylinders meeting DOT and CGA standards. • Provide monthly rental fees, per‑fill pricing, and same‑day/24‑hour emergency delivery across ~10 fire stations within 100 mi of the central warehouse. • Maintain FDA registration, CGMP compliance, and insurance (minimum $2 M CGL, $1 M product liability, $1 M cyber, etc.) with A‑7+ AM Best rating.
