The U.S. Army 906th Contracting Battalion is issuing a pre‑solicitation for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide comprehensive logistics, life‑support, facility maintenance, and transportation services throughout the Korean Theater of Operations. The effort covers a wide range of support functions—including material handling, lodging, force protection (unarmed), communications, and diverse Class I‑VIII supplies—delivered 24 × 7, 365 days per year, at multiple sites across the Republic of Korea. Korean vendors receive preferential treatment per the U.S.–ROK SOFA, but qualified foreign firms may also compete. The contract will be structured under an IDIQ framework, allowing multiple awardees to compete for individual task orders as needs arise.
• Logistic management, integration, and transportation services (ground, communication, convoy)
• Facility support services: maintenance, cleaning, laundry, shower trailers, waste management, water production, power generation, portable latrines, catering, and related life‑support functions
• Supplies across Classes I, III, IV, VI, and VIII to support humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, contingency, lodging, and exercise operations
