The 22nd Contracting Squadron at McConnell Air Force Base is conducting market research (Sources Sought) to identify qualified vendors that can provide a fleet of 65 rental vehicles for the McConnell AFB Air Show (Oct 21‑26 2026). The requirement includes 48 five‑passenger sedans (or compact/mid‑size SUVs), 2 compact/mid‑size SUVs, 13 eight‑passenger mini‑vans or large SUVs, 1 full‑size SUV, and 1 fifteen‑passenger van. Vehicles must be clean, fully fueled, and covered by damage waiver and supplemental liability insurance.
