Preparation & Preservation of Potable Water Tanks Onboard Submarine

The Naval Submarine Base New London is seeking a contractor to prepare and preserve potable water tanks onboard a submarine. The work includes preparing two tanks, followed by preservation services. The contractor must provide documentation of their NAVSEA-approved qualifications and demonstrate their technical ability to complete the work. The evaluation factors for award include technical qualification, past performance, and price. The contract is expected to be awarded to the vendor that provides the best value to the government, considering both technical and price factors. • The contractor must work 7 days a week, 2 shifts per day, until the task is completed. • The contractor must provide documentation of their qualifications, including AMPP C7, AMPP C12, AMPP C14, AMPP CAS Level 2, and QP-1. • The contractor must demonstrate their technical ability to complete the work, including their financial resources, personnel, machinery, and equipment. • The contractor must provide a quote stating the total price of the work, broken down by contract line item number. • The contractor must register and maintain an active SAM registration to receive a federal award.
