The Division of Industrial Affairs Modernization Project

The State of Delaware, Department of Labor, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace the Division of Industrial Affairs (DIA) legacy applications with a centralized SaaS solution. The solution should provide case management, report management, account management, judicial management, and document management capabilities. The vendor should have experience in providing similar solutions to government agencies and should be able to integrate with existing systems. The contract is expected to be for an initial two-year term with an option to extend for up to three one-year terms. • The solution should be able to provide case closure age by officer/office, case listing by officer/total, and case open age by officer/office. • The solution should be able to integrate emails, incoming calls, and faxes into case records. • The solution should be able to provide various engagement channels, such as social media, email campaigns, online forums, and physical events. • The solution should be able to track click-through rates on unit websites for tracking external users' search patterns. • The solution should be able to produce case aging reports and enable filter/data slicing functionality for reporting on all data fields entered into the case management solution.
