Water Finance Advisory Svcs.

The State of Arkansas is seeking a qualified contractor to provide financial advisory services for the Arkansas Natural Resources Division. The contractor will assist with financial decisions, provide due diligence and financial recommendations, and perform ongoing cash management of program funds. The contract will be for a period of approximately three years, with the option to extend for up to four additional one-year terms. The contractor will be required to have experience working with public institutions, providing financial advisory services for water-related financings, and working with EPA funds. The contractor will also be required to have experience with structuring, analytic capability, and performing financial advisory services for water-related financings.
