Expression of Interest - New Replacing Lease - Davenport CRRC

The United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking expressions of interest for a new replacing lease in Davenport, Iowa, for a Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC). The VA requires 15,638 ABOA square feet and 20,746 rental square feet of space, as well as 97 available parking spaces within 500 feet of the building entrance. The space must be contiguous, accessible, and compliant with various codes and regulations. The lease term is up to 20 years, and the VA will consider existing buildings, new construction, and build-to-suit options.
