Gwinnett County Environmental & Heritage Center Sensory Treehouse Audiovisual Production Design-Build Project

The County seeks a single prime contractor (or lead vendor with subcontractors) to design‑build an immersive audiovisual experience for the Sensory Treehouse at the Gwinnett County Environmental & Heritage Center. The scope includes media production (30‑minute film or alternate media packages), full AV systems integration (multi‑surface projection, spatial audio, show‑control, equipment rooms), engineering documentation, permitting, testing, commissioning, and a one‑year warranty.
