Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program Request for Letter of Intent

The Los Angeles County Aging and Disabilities Department is seeking Letters of Intent (LOI) from qualified organizations to provide Long‑Term Care Ombudsman Program (LTCOP) services throughout Los Angeles County (excluding the City of Los Angeles). The LOI is purely informational and will be used for planning and to determine procurement strategy; it does not constitute a contract award. Qualified firms must demonstrate at least three years of recent LTC advocacy experience, have a certified Project Manager, maintain a physical office in the county, and be able to staff certified Ombudsman representatives.
