Fry Building Abatement and Demolition

The City of Natchez is seeking sealed bids for the full remediation and demolition of the historic Fry Building located at 116 North Pearl Street. The scope includes federally‑funded asbestos abatement, demolition of the building and adjoining parking lots, limited removal of contaminated soils, and site restoration to a gravel parking surface.
