Black Falls Road Culvert RFQ

The Northwest Regional Planning Commission is seeking a consultant with expertise in designing, engineering, permitting, and design-related services during construction for the Black Falls Road Culvert project in Montgomery, VT. The project involves removing and replacing an undersized corrugated steel culvert with a 6’ x 8.5’ precast concrete box culvert. The selected consultant will work with NRPC to develop a scope of work to complete the remaining phases of the design, engineering, and permitting. • The project requires familiarity with the MAS Project Development Process. • The consultant should have knowledge of the project area and availability of technical disciplines. • The selection committee will review and evaluate each statement of qualifications based on criteria such as familiarity with the MAS Project Development Process, knowledge of the project area, and qualifications/experience of proposed staff. • The consultant should be able to meet schedules and budgets, and have past performance on similar projects. • The consultant should have knowledge of federal and state standards and policies.
