Vehicle Graphics

The RI Public Transit Authority is seeking a vendor to provide vehicle graphics. The vendor will be responsible for delivering the graphics within the production timeline specified on each work order. The authority uses 3M materials, but bidders can propose equivalent materials that meet 3M standards. The contract will involve installing graphics on buses, with up to 4 buses installed daily. The authority estimates that 20-40 buses will be installed per year. • The vendor will be provided with an on-site installation bay with a 5’ working area and access to power, water, and good lighting. • The vendor must be able to deliver within the production timeline specified on each work order. • The authority will detail the production timeline in the purchase request. • The vendor will be responsible for all work done, and primary vendors will be responsible for subcontracting work if necessary. • There is no preference given for geographical location.
