West Virginia University is seeking qualified bidders to supply all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the concrete package of the Milan Puskar Stadium West Tower project. The scope covers complete concrete work from pile caps, grade beams, elevator pits, through slab‑on‑metal‑deck, curbs, ramps, and metal‑pan stairs, with a defined construction sequence and strict schedule coordination. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid meeting, may attend an optional site visit, and submit questions by the stated cutoff.
