RFP: Concrete Basketball Court Pad

Cirrus Academy Charter School is soliciting qualified contractors to design and construct a reinforced concrete basketball court pad (84' x 50', 4,200 sq ft) on its campus. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and incidentals, delivering a finished pad with a smooth athletic‑grade finish, proper drainage, control and expansion joints, and a minimum one‑year workmanship warranty. The project includes site mobilization, excavation, grading, sub‑grade compaction, crushed‑stone base installation, concrete placement with reinforcement, and final cleanup.
