Field Chemist

This contract provides field‑chemist services for Snohomish County, including testing, packaging, and disposal of chemicals and cylinders from the County’s Moderate Risk Waste Facility, as well as support for Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) mobile events. The work must commence within three days of the effective date and be completed by January 31 2024, with a maximum contract value of $25,000. The County may extend the agreement for up to four additional one‑year periods, provided the total amount remains under the $25,000 ceiling. The awardee, Advanced Chemical Transport, Inc. dba ACTenviro, will invoice monthly, and payments are processed within 30 days (or faster via e‑Payable). • Scope: Chemist services for sampling, analysis, reporting, and safe disposal of hazardous chemicals and cylinders. • Duration: Initial term 1 year (Feb 1 2023‑Jan 31 2024) with optional extensions. • Financial: Fixed maximum ceiling $25,000; invoicing on a time‑and‑materials basis, monthly billing.
